With a competitive benefits package that includes 100% employer-paid health insurance and over 100+ hours of paid holidays, we invest in the growth of our team members—equipping them for impact in their careers and in the service they deliver to our customers every day.**Responsibilities:*** Effectively troubleshoot and identify malfunctions and failures in equipment.* Perform repairs and maintenance on heavy machinery and its components.* Diagnose and address **mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic** breakdowns in Vermeer equipment as well as other ancillary brands.* Generate service reports summarizing the work performed.* Prioritize safety by consistently adhering to all safety policies, procedures, and standards during work.* Foster positive customer relations through professional and courteous interactions.*Hours: 7:00AM - 3:30PM Overtime as needed***Qualifications:*** **MUST**own and maintain own set of tools and toolbox (wrench sets, socket sets, air tools, etc.)* **MUST**have and maintain a clean driving record.* ***3+ years electrical experience required**** ***3+ years hydraulics experience required**** Field service experience preferred* Strong computer skills.* High school graduate.* Strong time management and communication skills.* **MUST**be able to lift up to *70*pounds**Who YOU Are:** The ideal candidate is someone who's got a fantastic grip on both hydraulic and electrical systems and can easily understand a schematic.
