Procurement Specialist

Processing and validating purchase orders, the full-time Procurement Specialist will convert requisitions to purchase orders, manage order confirmations in the ERP system, and handle rush orders while working remotely. Key responsibilities Convert requisitions to purchase orders and place orders through various methods Ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLA) and document tracking daily Escalate contract and availability issues for orders not processed via EDI Required qualifications Relevant degree preferred 2 or more years of relevant experience required Medical procurement experience preferred Experience working within ERP systems preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
