Position Summary

The Crew Member plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience and high-quality food. This position may work in front-of-house, back-of-house, or across both areas depending on business needs.

As a Crew Member, you will:

• Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to guests in person and over the phone
• Prepare food according to Wingstop standards, including cooking, saucing, and plating menu items
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Operate kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems as trained
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals
• Assist with restocking, inventory, and basic cleaning duties
• Adapt to varying responsibilities during shifts based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation

Pay Range: $12 per hour – $13.50 per hour

Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.

This position is eligible for applicable minimum wage laws, and compensation will comply with all federal, state, and local wage requirements.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to perform the following, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Bend, reach, stoop, and kneel frequently

• Work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment

Work Environment

This role operates in a restaurant environment with exposure to heat, noise, and kitchen equipment. Crew Members must follow all safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment where required.
