SaaS Sales Specialist Job Responsibilities
Develop and Drive Sales Strategies:
- Identify and prospect healthcare organizations to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value of mlee.com platform.
Achieve and Exceed Sales Goals:
- Close deals and generate revenue by matching client needs with our innovative solutions.
- Explore upselling opportunities to enhance client value and retention.
Cultivate Client Relationships:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients maximize the benefits of mlee.com platform.
Collaborate Across Teams:
- Partner with marketing to align sales efforts with campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Provide client feedback to the product team to inform platform improvements.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends:
- Monitor trends in healthcare recruitment and HR technology to position mlee.com as the go-to solution.
- Research competitors to refine sales strategies and identify market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, healthcare sales, or related fields.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its recruitment challenges is a plus.
