Coaches work closely with members to implement holistic modalities that support sustainable, long-term well-being and performance. Employee Role Description The Holistic Health & Fitness Coach is a part‑time or full‑time, on‑site role based in Cincinnati, OH. This role involves designing and leading individualized fitness programs, providing one‑on‑one and small group coaching, and facilitating group exercise sessions that align with holistic health principles. The coach will educate members on foundational nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle practices that support their fitness goals and overall wellness. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include assessing client needs, tracking progress, maintaining a safe and welcoming training environment, and collaborating with the team to enhance the boutique gym experience. The coach is expected to actively engage with the member community, support client accountability, and contribute to continuous improvement of programs and services. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction for leading safe, engaging, and effective classes. Candidates should possess skills in Fitness Training and experience in the Fitness Industry to design and deliver individualized coaching programs. Candidates should possess knowledge of Nutrition to support members with basic dietary guidance aligned with holistic health goals. Certification in personal training, group fitness, or related disciplines (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA) is preferred. Experience in holistic or integrative health practices and interest in supplementation and lifestyle coaching is beneficial. Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships across diverse member populations. Ability to work on‑site in Cincinnati, OH, with flexible availability, including some mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed. Many Schedule options available. CPR/AED certification and a commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful training environment.
