The Division of Enrollment Management is a key campus thought partner that provides collaborative leadership in university-wide efforts, utilizing systematic, innovative, and synergistic approaches to leverage a data-informed enrollment strategy to improve market distinctiveness, and execute the campus strategic plan. The division comprises the offices of Enrollment Management, Financial Aid & Scholarships, University Registrar, and Undergraduate Admissions.

Your Role on the Team Applies skills as a seasoned, experienced education professional, to identify potential students, and independently reviews applications for admission, using professional judgment in determining whether applicant meets the requirements for admission, and taking into account a variety of requirements. Recommends improvements / modifications to the program.

What It Takes to be Successful Required: Thorough knowledge and experience working with a diverse student population. Working knowledge of the UC application process. Skill in organizing and setting priorities that accurately reflect the importance of the job responsibilities. Ability to work in a remote environment. Ability to use web-interface systems. Knowledge of and experience in conducting intersegmental relations for the purposes of participating in the comprehensive review process. Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training. A minimum of 3 years of experience Preferred: Thorough and comprehensive knowledge of academic programs, including curricula, admissions requirements, at colleges / universities and specifically at UC, and / or specific colleges and schools. Working knowledge of UCI's comprehensive review policies and procedures. Theoretical knowledge of basic principles and concepts regarding University policies and procedures. Knowledge on educational systems outside of California.

Special Conditions: -This is a 100% remote position. -Incumbent is to maintain and utilize secure personal computing devices and internet connection to complete work assignments. -This is a limited position with no benefits and is compensated on a by-agreement basis per application reviewed -Employment date are October through March. -Employment is subject to a DOJ background check. -Employee is required to sign an expectations agreement and a confidentiality/conflict of interest disclosure.
