Job Details:

Seeking a skilled Medical Technologist (MT) to join our laboratory team. This role is essential to delivering accurate, timely lab results that directly support patient care and clinical decision-making.

Position Summary:

The Medical Technologist performs moderate- to high-complexity testing across multiple laboratory disciplines, including blood bank, chemistry, hematology, microbiology, serology/immunology, urinalysis, and phlebotomy. This role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Perform and analyze laboratory tests on blood, urine, and other body fluids
\n
• Ensure accuracy of results and troubleshoot discrepancies as needed
\n
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation
\n
• Follow all quality control and regulatory standards
\n
• Properly collect, label, and handle specimens
\n
• Communicate critical results to providers and nursing staff
\n
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant lab environment
\n
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Education Required: Bachelors or better.
\n
• Experience Required: Certification as MT(ASCP) or MLS(ASCP) or similar national certification. Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field. Preferred 1-2 years of experience preferred. Phlebotomy experience or certification is a plus.

• Licenses & Certifications Required: Basic Life Support
