Job Description Essential Job Functions Act as the key contact between CSP and Customer assembly plants’ personnel (Customer SQEs, Managers, Supervisors, and Team Members). Ensure Customer focus and satisfaction is maintained at the highest level possible. Communicate Customer concerns immediately to Senior Management and the appropriate Department Manager(s). Collect and manage distribution of non‑conformance data related to Customer concerns, PPMs (parts per million) and PRRs (problem reporting & resolution). Review and negotiate quality concerns, PRRs and PPMs with the appropriate Customer(s) to minimize impact to Teijin’s record, ensure accurate data, and fair treatment in issuance of recordable events. Develop and sustain an effective system of tracking Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), Defective Material Tickets (DMTs), returns and debit memos. Publish Customer performance charts, data and reports to Management as needed for management reviews. Through the Corrective Action Procedure, support implementation of containment measures, root cause analysis and corrective action plans with Department Managers and their designates to ensure Customer satisfaction. Ensure Corrective Action reports are developed and submitted to the Customer timely, and confirm Customer acceptance. Conduct random audits of finished goods and report results to Senior Management. Analyse quality problems to identify systematic issues. Participate in launch trials and activities at TMMTX, providing information regarding trial conditions, status, and results. Manage third‑party resources, create/approve work instructions and headcount; ensure efficiency of the sort process. Participate, comply, and support environmental, health and safety system requirements. Be able to travel and work at customer locations when needed. Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma required (Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred). Minimum two (2) years of experience in quality and process control in automotive painted plastic parts manufacturing. Knowledge of AIAG systems (PPAP, SPC, MSA, R&R, APQP) and customer‑specific corrective action systems (7‑step, 5‑Phase, 8‑D, 5‑Whys) preferred. Computer literate in Windows NT environment and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word); ability to use the Internet. Preferred experience: supervisory training, D/PFMEA, Control Plan, QS‑9000, ISO/TS16949, internal auditing, teamwork, synchronous manufacturing, MRP systems, customer PR&R systems, GD&T. Good communication skills. Good math skills and mechanical ability. Ability to interpret information from meters, dials, calibrated scales, and visual display units. Experience with inspection and auditing products preferred. Basic knowledge of measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, measuring tapes) preferred. Basic knowledge of SPC and GR&R preferred. 1+ years of quality systems experience (a plus). Experience with corrective actions and root‑cause analysis. Demonstrated knowledge of production safe work practices. Knowledge and ability to handle shop tools. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; BS in leadership and supervision desired. #J-18808-Ljbffr
