Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering meaningful relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review their progress, assess their stability, and schedule follow-up appointments or discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring that they are person-centered and effectively address the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, utilizing electronic health records systems.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients, utilizing established methodologies to identify their mental health concerns and support needs.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance professional practice and continuously reflect on clinical skills and growth.

• Collaborate with an integrated team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes for clients.

• Maintain an open mindset to adaptive growth and learning in therapeutic practices and procedures.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LPC at Integro Wellness & Therapy, you will primarily serve an outpatient population, including adults, children, and families with a diverse array of mental health challenges. The client focus ranges from anxiety and depression to trauma, behavioral issues, and other mental health disorders. You'll engage with clients from varied backgrounds, emphasizing culturally competent care in your approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.
\n
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience within a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficiency in computer usage, including skills in creating Excel spreadsheets, utilizing electronic health records, and managing communication through Outlook and other relevant systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, tailored to various age demographics.

• Comfort in conducting intake assessments and skilled at building therapeutic alliances with clients.
\n
• Knowledge of and experience in using telehealth platforms and digital communication tools to enhance client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, with a fee-for-service model that guarantees payment in advance of collections. Our benefits package includes:
