Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, employee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to ensure efficient daily functioning and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Recruit, select, retain, and train qualified staff in compliance with legal and company policies. Conduct performance reviews, address gaps, and recommend pay or advancement adjustments. Manage store staffing, opening, closing, and safety standards. Analyze sales, profitability, and inventory data to identify trends and control expenses. Oversee merchandise ordering, presentation, and inventory accuracy. Ensure store security, cash handling integrity, and compliance with policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment. Supervise staff adherence to policies, complete documentation, and foster customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math. Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in recruiting, coaching, and ensuring legal compliance. Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities. Preferred high school diploma and management experience in retail.
