Deal Advisory Senior Associate

Overview Cherry Bekaert is expanding its Deal Advisory practice and seeks a Senior Associate to support buy‑side and sell‑side due diligence engagements across the US and internationally. The role offers flexibility to work from multiple offices or remotely, with occasional travel (expected Responsibilities Perform buy‑side and sell‑side accounting and financial due diligence engagements. Develop relationships with clients and engage with target company executives. Conduct quality of earnings and working capital analyses. Identify and evaluate matters that impact enterprise value or transaction price. Analyze financial and operational trends of target companies. Communicate findings clearly in verbal and written formats. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (preferred). Minimum 2+ years in professional services with experience in financial due diligence (preferred). Strong foundation in audit, financial reporting, or accounting advisory. Advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA) preferred. Strong GAAP knowledge, data analysis/mining, and critical thinking skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to travel. Experience working with Private Equity groups preferred.
