FMLA & Leave of Absence Specialist

J. Morrissey & Company, Inc.

INDA in New Haven, CT is seeking an experienced Leave of Absence Specialist for a contract hybrid role. The position requires managing leave cases (FMLA, STD, LTD) with primary focus on Federal and Connecticut regulations. You will own cases, handle documentation, data entry in Workday/Salesforce, and coordinate with HR, Payroll, and external vendors.
