Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) – Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health Location: Conroe, TX and surrounding areas. Pay Range: $25-$37 per hour. Are You the Right Candidate? We are looking for qualified individuals with the following qualifications. Active RN or LVN license (New Graduates welcome, training provided.) Ability to provide care in a client home setting. Ability to make a positive and lasting impression. Job Duties Job duties include but are not limited to: Focus on the medical needs and treatments of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their homes according to the active plan of care provided by the physician and other authorized personnel. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care.
