Revenue Operations Analyst (Fully Remote, US only)

Markage is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our fully remote U.S. team. You will support the systems, data, and processes that keep U.S. revenue operations running cleanly. This includes maintaining accurate pipeline and performance data, supporting sales reporting, helping improve CRM hygiene, and ensuring the revenue team has reliable information to work from. You will work closely with Account Executives, leadership, and Client Success. Your role is to reduce friction, improve data quality, and give the team clear visibility into performance. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and comfort working with sales data are essential. This is a fully remote role that requires ownership and precision. Essential duties: Maintain accurate and up-to-date revenue and pipeline data. Support weekly and monthly sales and revenue reporting. Monitor CRM data quality and drive improvements in hygiene and consistency. Assist Account Executives and leadership with clear performance visibility. Identify process gaps or data issues and help resolve them. Support forecasting inputs and basic revenue analysis. Document key revenue operations processes and keep them current. Collaborate cleanly with sales, client success, and leadership teams. Essential requirements: Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, CRM administration, or related analytical support roles. Strong attention to detail and high data accuracy. Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales performance data. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and own processes in a fully remote environment. Currently authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. Holds a valid Dex Professional Senior Specialist Certification (DEX-PSS) or higher Professional-level Dex credential in the Sales & Customer Success domain. Preferred qualifications: Direct experience supporting a sales or revenue team. Familiarity with modern CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
