Collection Requirements Manager, Senior Overview This role focuses on managing and prioritizing information collection requirements to close intelligence gaps and deliver actionable intelligence to government clients. The Collection Requirements Manager (CRM) collaborates across the Intelligence Community to understand gaps, set priorities, and manage collection programs. Responsibilities Your key responsibilities include: Prioritize, establish, and develop collection requirements using comprehensive knowledge of collection platforms. Track and manage collection requirements and support collection assessment efforts. Provide time‑critical recommendations to clients under pressure. Broaden your skill set into intelligence disciplines and analytic requirements. Share expertise with other collection managers through leadership and mentoring. Identify new opportunities to help clients meet analytic challenges. Qualifications Experience identifying appropriate CM access points and methods. Knowledge of CM requirements and intelligence disciplines (SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, MASINT, or OSINT). Skill to use available tools to search for trends or anomalies in data. Ability to develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of CM systems. Ability to validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, evaluate, and terminate CM programs and initiatives. Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience supporting the IC, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree. Nice to Have Experience as a multi‑intelligence CRM. Experience with MATLAB, SPSS, SAS, S‑PLUS, or R. Ability to brief senior defense and government officials. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Completion of an in‑residence DoD IC Collection Management Course. Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation. TS/SCI clearance is required. Compensation Salary range: $77,600 to $176,000 (annualized USD).
