Physical Therapist

This role involves performing objective assessments and developing individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under the supervision of Therapy Leadership. It includes direct supervision of patients, indirect oversight of rehabilitation technicians, and general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts. The position requires a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, a current license, and BLS certification. Preferred candidates have six months to one year of experience working with adult and geriatric patients. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, walking, and performing various physical movements such as bending and reaching.
