Staff will provide crisis mental health intervention services to clients presenting at the Crisis Center. Staff will provide emergency mental health services, emergency mental health assessments with appropriate referrals.Minimum RequirementsA Master's Degree from an accredited program in social work, psychology, counseling, or related human service field is requiredLicensed in the state of Missouri – must keep license current to remain in this job assignment5-7 years’ experience working in a social services roleExpert level knowledge of psychiatric terminology and the process of mental illness and community resourcesDemonstrated knowledge of the theory and practice of human services at the Master's levelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work with multicultural staff and clienteleCompletion of training as directed through orientation and/or by Leadership, Management or Educators in the established timeline for continued employment #J-18808-Ljbffr Truman Medical Centers
