Senior Relationship Banker

Primary Office Location: 101 E. Washington Street Suite 100, Greenville, South Carolina 29601. Position Overview This position is primarily responsible for the execution of traditional consumer banking asks of retail banking customers. The incumbent is accountable for carrying out branch processes according to consumer bank standards, successfully completing all customer transaction requests, and converting transactions into qualified sales or referral leads. The incumbent must adhere to all FNB policies, strategies, programs, and Core Values. May be required to work at various locations within the market. Primary Responsibilities Promote the sales process by leveraging sales leads, outbound calling, greeting customers, and identifying customer service and product needs. Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross‑selling of bank products and services. Identify and achieve individual weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager. Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions. Input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants using FNB approved branch technology. Complete and manage the lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards. Assist with the management of daily sales activity, including pre‑shift sales huddles and monitoring sales results. Complete operational duties of the branch as assigned, such as scheduling work, providing direction, monitoring workflow, maintaining supplies, opening and closing the office, ordering and managing vault cash, and ensuring tasks performed adhere to current policy and procedures. Perform routine operational tasks, including traditional teller transactions, in accordance with established policies and procedures. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned. Act as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring risks encountered daily in accordance with FNB Corporation’s risk management program. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of related experience. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented. Proficient with a personal computer and job‑related software: MS Word (basic), MS Excel (intermediate), and MS PowerPoint (basic). Experience in a related banking position. Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products, and services. Sales and customer service skills. Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred and will be required. Physical requirements: N/A beyond traditional office work.
