This role is responsible for the full finance function, including accounting, FPA, and capital strategywhile also overseeing the companys People (HR) organization./ppThe CFO will serve as a key partner to the CEO and executive team, owning both the financial integrity of the business and the organizational infrastructure required to scale effectively. This includes direct oversight of the Director of Accounting (Controller) and leadership of the People function, ensuring alignment between financial performance, workforce planning, and company growth.
