About the Role
As a Home Health Aide (HHA/PCA), you will play an important role in supporting clients with their everyday needs while helping them maintain their independence at home. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Providing companionship and daily support
- Providing medication reminders
- Communicating changes in a client's condition to the care team
- Helping clients maintain a comfortable and safe home environment
