Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Maryland SLP license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in K-12 educational settings preferred
• Maryland school-based experience highly valued
• Comfortable working onsite and traveling between multiple school sites
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Dedicated to serving a range of student abilities, including those in self-contained settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students based on IEPs
• Perform evaluations, maintain documentation, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with general and special education staff, families, and administrators
• Travel to multiple district schools as needed
• Support students with a variety of communication challenges in both mainstream and specialized classrooms
• Complete all required reports, progress notes, and compliance paperwork
