Direct Support Professional (DSP) - PRN part-time

Starting rate $23.50/hr. plus $1.50/hr shift differential when applicable.

DSP Open Positions - Wide range of open positions in our Community Homes (driver’s license required, Beaver County) and our Intermediate Care Facility (New Brighton).  

PRN positions.  Must commit to working 16-29 hours per week (4, 8, 12, or 16 hr shifts).  

DSP Job Duties:
Meet individuals' daily physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
Participate in daily social, recreational, and community based activities
Assist in bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene, and positioning.
Ensure individuals health and safety

DSP Requirements (all provided by McGuire):
Ability to pass physical and drug screening
Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance
Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check
FBI Federal Criminal History Record (fingerprinting)
TB testing

Driver’s License (if applicable)

DSP Qualifications:
High school diploma / GED
