What You'll DoAs a Server at River City Grill & Pub, you'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable dining experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering them promptly.
- Providing menu recommendations and answering customer questions.
- Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for the next guest.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handling payments and transactions efficiently.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel at home.
