Retail Store Leader in Training

Rainbow Shops in Portsmouth, VA is seeking an energized Sales Associate to join our store leadership team. This entry-level management role trains you to operate a Rainbow store and provides a path toward district/region growth as the company expands by opening new stores yearly.

You should have at least 6 months experience as a department manager in retail, strong training and motivational skills, multitasking ability, and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
