Job Summary

We are seeking an Inplant Technician Trainee to join our client’s team. You will handle ink dispensing and mixing, perform quality checks, replace drum materials, store inks properly, and record production data .

Job Description

• Produce and quality control inks to ensure inks meet or exceed the customer’s specifications.  
• Provide some press side technical support, mainly color toning.   
• Identify a basic level of rework opportunities based on review of batch tickets. 
• Maintain housekeeping and safe operations 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb. buckets; and move 500 lb. drums following standard procedures.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook; as well as dispensing and color match software 
• This is a customer-facing position that requires a high degree of interpersonal skill. 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb. buckets; and move 500 lb. drums following operating procedures 
• Able to stand for long periods of time  

Education

• Highschool diploma / GED

Additional Requirements

• Shift hours: Shift hours - 12 hours;

Pay rate

• $22 - $24 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
