Quick Facts Location: 800 East 28th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55407 Start Date: 10/12/2026 End Date: 02/01/2027 Shift: 8, 10, or 12 hours (e.g., 6:30 am – 5:00 pm, 6:30 am – 7:00 pm) Hours/week: Minimum 36 hours; up to 40 hours Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certifications: MN RN, MN CRNA, ACLS/BLS Tier 2 Experience: Minimum 1 year Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $218.59 Weekly pay via direct deposit Competitive pay package discussed upon application Paid orientation (3 days) Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Travel, licensure, and certification reimbursements Overtime available at 1.5x rate for holidays and applicable hours What You’ll Do Provide anesthesia support in a tertiary hospital setting Support staff in a Care Team Model (4:1) Manage anesthesia for patients age 12+ undergoing specialized procedures Support various procedures: but do not perform blocks, epidurals, or spinals Support will include occasional on-call shifts (weeknight and weekend optional) Use Epic EMR for documentation and patient care Support staff to facilitate room turnover and supplies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe anesthesia care What You Need Active MN RN and CRNA license ACLS and BLS Tier 2 certifications At least 1 year of anesthesia experience Ability to work minimum 2 consecutive weeks per month for the first 3 months Good communication and teamwork skills Flexibility for occasional overnight, weekend, or holiday shifts (preferred) About the Assignment Join a reputable, Level III tertiary hospital in Minneapolis, dedicated to providing top-tier healthcare services.
