Job Description

• Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout
• Manage subcontractors, scheduling, safety, and quality control
• Oversee critical scopes including masonry, concrete, and structural steel
• Coordinate daily field operations and ensure adherence to plans and specs
• Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve field issues
• Serve as the primary onsite leader for project execution

The Successful Applicant

• Proven groundup construction experience on K12 or higher education projects
• Strong background in masonry, concrete, and structural steel
• Ability to travel across the Southeast as projects require
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• OSHA certification and a commitment to jobsite safety
