Customer Solutions Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Solutions Specialist to join a growing team in Harvey, IL. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by responding to inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring timely resolution of customer needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and have experience working with customer service, order management, or administrative support functions. Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide information regarding product pricing, quotations, order status updates, and invoice requests.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer and order information within company systems.
- Support order processing activities and ensure data accuracy throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve customer questions and concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Assist with administrative and operational support tasks as needed.
- Prioritize multiple requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer service, order entry, customer support, administrative support, or a related field.
- Experience working within ERP systems; SAP experience is a MUST.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

- Schedule: MondayFriday, standard business hours
- Compensation: $23.00-$24.00/hour
