Discovery Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Provide compassionate care and supervision for assigned residents, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transferring, eating) while promoting dignity, independence, and safety.; Administer and observe medications and treatments in accordance with the Six Rights of Medication Pass, documenting accurately and reporting concerns promptly, including refusal of medications or missed doses; Monitor and record resident conditions, including changes in behavior, appetite, skin, and participation in activities.; Engage residents in enrichment programs and life skills activities to support overall well-being.; Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in resident rooms, community areas, and medication/treatment spaces.
