Our standard working hours are from Monday to Friday between 8 AM – 3 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance while allowing you to focus on delivering excellent care to your patients.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for patients, including children, to assess their physical abilities and needs.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific diagnoses and goals, ensuring a patient-centered approach.Continuously re-evaluate clinical progress, adjusting treatment goals and interventions as necessary based on patient feedback and clinical reasoning.Utilize the company's electronic record system to document patient progress, SOAP notes, and treatment plans promptly and accurately.Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, therapeutic techniques, and potential challenges, ensuring they are well-informed and involved in their care journey.Meet departmental minimum utilization goals and other business objectives, contributing to the overall success of the practice.Collaborate with team members across different therapeutic disciplines to deliver integrated care for patients seeking multiple services.Actively promote and embody the core values of the organization, serving as a positive ambassador for Motion Menders Therapy.Patient Population / Client FocusThe diverse patient population at Motion Menders Therapy spans various ages, backgrounds, and diagnoses. You will work with children and adults needing physical rehabilitation due to injuries, surgeries, developmental delays, and various other health conditions. Engagement with patients from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds will be paramount to providing effective care that respects their individual needs and circumstances.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required; however, a Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is strongly preferred.Current, unrestricted licensure to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.Flexibility to conduct in-person and telehealth evaluations and treatments, as clinically appropriate, ensuring accessibility for all patients.Strong desire to work effectively with a diverse clientele, demonstrating cultural competence and understanding.A collaborative spirit with strong communication skills, essential for working in a multidisciplinary environment.Preferred ExperiencePrior experience working in a rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.Experience using electronic health record systems to manage patient data efficiently is a plus.Previous engagement in continuing education and professional development activities that enhance clinical skills and knowledge.Compensation and BenefitsThis full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that ensures your well-being and professional growth.
