Stellenbeschreibung Beobachtung technologischer Trends sowie Beratung von Teams und Fachbereichen zur Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen und Verbesserung des Wettbewerbsvorteils Verantwortung für Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von IAM-Lösungen inklusive Monitoring, Ticketbearbeitung, Change- und Problem-Management sowie Backup/Recovery Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Designs, Architekturen und technischen Lösungen innerhalb nationaler Projekte Analyse von Verbesserungspotenzialen sowie Erarbeitung fundierter Empfehlungen zu Technologien, Prozessen und Kaufentscheidungen Pflege und Aktualisierung von Projekt- und Betriebsdokumentationen sowie Unterstützung operativer Teams bei der Einführung neuer Technologien Anforderungsprofil Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT / Informationssysteme Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und dem Betrieb von Microsoft Active Directory Domain-Lösungen; Kenntnisse im Benutzer- und Gruppenmanagement sowie in der Administration von Gruppenrichtlinien (GPO) in großen, komplexen Umgebungen werden erwartet Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows und MS-Office sowie fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in PowerShell und der Erstellung komplexer Scripte zur Automatisierung von IT-Prozessen und Change Management sowie Projektmanagement Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag Übertarifliche Vergütung zzgl.
