Rate: $15.00-$16.00 hr.

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Production Associate to join our team in Suffolk. In this role, you will work on an active production line, performing assembly, filling, sealing, labeling, and packaging tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Production Line Operations: Assemble, fill, seal, label, and package products according to quality standards.
• Packaging & Quality Control: Place lids on containers, ensure proper sealing, and verify that labeling is accurate.
• General Labor: Execute picking, packing, cleaning, and routine workspace maintenance/organization.
• Material Movement: Transport and store materials as needed to maintain smooth production flow.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Teamwork & Adaptability: Assist team members and adapt to shifting priorities to meet daily production goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• General warehouse, production, or assembly experience preferred (open to transferable experience).
• Physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a full shift.
• Excellent attendance record and dependable transportation.
• Coachable mindset with a strong willingness to learn new tasks and procedures.
• Flexibility to shift between different job duties as assigned.
