Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based therapy
• Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and related documentation
• Excellent collaboration skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to adapt strategies for diverse student needs and ages

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services as outlined in students’ IEPs
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Collaborate with educational staff to implement interventions within the school setting
• Assist in improving students’ fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and reviews
• Engage families and caregivers with resources and strategies to support students’ continued growth
