Logistics Coordinator Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Olathe, KS. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service support through internal and external communication. Coordinate shipping and receiving activities with suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency, comprising approximately 80% of daily tasks. Support shipping and receiving processes within the warehouse environment. Spend about 20% of the workday on feet, walking, and assisting with logistics coordination. Maintain accurate records and regularly update relevant databases. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail. Professional phone etiquette. Ability to work onsite in Olathe, KS. Nice to Have Skills Strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Familiarity with SAP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Preferred Education and Experience Related post-secondary education or prior logistics experience is advantageous. Other Requirements Must be a U.S. citizen. This position is a Temp-to-Perm role, starting August 10, 2026, for a duration of six months with the possibility of permanent employment.
