Patient Services Senior Manager

Patient Services Senior Manager Our Deloitte Customer team empowers organizations to build deeper relationships with customers. This includes supporting their marketing, sales, and service organizations. Post sales activities including service, customer success and professional services is growing in importance because of the role it plays in customer retention and expansion. Across a number of industries including High-Tech, Media, and Energy, Professional Services and Customer Success is becoming a pressing need. Recruiting for this role ends on September 21, 2026. Work you'll do As a Senior Manager, you will lead complex Salesforce transformations for biopharma and medtech clients across commercial, patient services, and field excellence. You will shape business strategy, lead requirements and process design, and guide cross-functional teams through delivery and adoption. You will drive business development activities, craft proposals, and develop practitioners while promoting leading practices in compliance, data privacy, and regulated industry controls. The Team Our Sales & Service offering drives global customer transformation by designing and implementing innovative sales and service experiences. We blend strategy, technology, and creativity to solve complex challenges, bringing customer strategies to life and creating new markets. Qualifications Required:
- 10+ years in consulting or industry delivering CRM/engagement platforms for life sciences (biopharma or medtech).
- 6 years of experience driving organization design initiatives for life sciences organizations
- 6 years of experience driving operating model updates for life sciences organizations
- 6 years of experience with PAP, Copay and/or Adherence Programs for a pharmaceutical manufacturer or patient services hub provider
- 10 years of experience using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) to develop and deliver professional-quality documents, reports and presentations to client stakeholders and executive level leaders
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years applying Agile delivery practices (Scrum/SAFe), including backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies, and release planning using tools such as Jira.
- 1+ years experience implementing privacy/security controls for HCP/patient data (e.g., HIPAA, state privacy laws) in Salesforce.
