As an Associate Banker in a Chase Branch, you will significantly contribute to the branch's success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients achieve their financial goals. Job Responsibilities Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings. Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, opening new accounts, and complying with all policies, procedures, regulatory and banking requirements. Educate clients on how to use technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their banking needs. Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions. Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM while adhering to all bank policies and procedures. Provide support and coverage to multiple branch locations, including local travel. Required Qualifications 6 months of Associate Banker experience required. Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service. Ability to build trusted relationships and demonstrate genuine care during interactions. Ability to engage clients through clear and polite communication, anticipating their needs. Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail, providing a consistent client experience. Ability to elevate the client experience by working collaboratively as a team to deliver seamless service. Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of Associate Banker experience desired. Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions. Cash handling experience.
