Contract Duration: 3-months Compensation: $40-50/hr What you will do as a Financial Analyst: Lead Incurred But Not Reported (IBNR) reporting, ensuring accuracy in estimating future liabilities Perform payment reconciliations and ensure alignment between expected and actual financial activity Support special projects and provide ad hoc financial reporting as needed Analyze complex financial data to develop insights and support decision-making Contribute to the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts Deliver clear, data-driven reports and insights to key stakeholders Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment What you will bring to the Financial Analyst role: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 5–7 years of relevant finance experience Strong background in the health insurance industry, banking or insurance (preferred) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access Proven ability to analyze financial data and generate accurate reports Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Critical thinking, advanced problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of performance Take the first step on your new career path!
