Assistant Store Manager Location: Ray’s, 1555 Oregon Street, PoBox 28, PORT ORFORD, OR, 97465 We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Ray’s in Port Orford, OR. The ideal candidate will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations and staff. Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer service standards. Help with inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with company policies and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Support in training and development of store employees. Assist with scheduling and payroll management. Contribute to the implementation of marketing and promotional activities. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar retail management role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
