Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $1,841 per week

The role requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour shifts, flexible schedule, travel employment. Responsibilities Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients. Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals. Maintain accurate and timely medical record documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Participate in the student program by providing a positive learning environment. Actively pursue professional development and continuing education. Adhere to the discipline‑specific State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure in good standing. Contribute to organizational performance improvement initiatives. Requirements Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience. Current CPR certification. Active and applicable state license for practice.
