Assistant General Manager
The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the business. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in managing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer complaints and concerns
- Monitor financial goals and make adjustments as needed to meet targets
- Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
