- Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Greet every guest warmly, educate them on services, enhancements, and membership benefits, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable visit.
- Create Loyal Members: Build strong relationships that turn first-time guests into lifelong members through tailored recommendations and follow-up.
- Manage the Front Desk: Handle appointment booking, payment processing, and accurate records in our booking system.
- Promote the Brand: Share our mission, services, and offerings in a way that excites guests and inspires them to commit to their wellness journey.
- Sales Rockstar: Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (hospitality, retail, fitness, or wellness industry preferred).
