Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN Southgate at Autumn Lake Carneys Point, NJ $35-40/hour Ultimate Therapy is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing facility. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to support residents working toward greater independence and functional mobility. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assist residents with therapeutic activities focused on self-care, coordination, and mobility Reinforce adaptive techniques and equipment use during treatment sessions Monitor resident participation and communicate updates to the OT Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records Qualifications Active COTA license required Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required Direct Hire.
