Mentored RBT / ABA Technician — Path to BCBA (In-Person)

Alpaca Health in Texas is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You will be mentored by a BCBA from day one, and many roles don’t require active certification to apply. You’ll earn $20–$27/hour depending on experience and location, with full-time or part-time options and flexible mornings, afternoons, and evenings to meet client needs.
