Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,811 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Dillon, South Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/07/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Make a real difference as a travel PTA. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active South Carolina PTA license required prior to start of assignment. BLS certification from AHA required. Experience providing therapeutic interventions for musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, and developmental impairments preferred. Experience documenting progress, treatment notes, and discharge summaries within regulatory and departmental time guidelines preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team and physicians preferred. Preferred Qualifications Outpatient clinic experience preferred. Experience serving as a clinical instructor, mentor, or program leader preferred. Experience with competency training and performance improvement initiatives preferred. Assignment Details Shift Hours: 0800-1700 Monday through Thursday. Shift Hours: 0800-1200 Friday. Setting: Outpatient clinic schedule. Impacting Patient Care As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will administer treatment plans to alleviate pain, restore function, prevent disability, and promote overall fitness and health. You will implement interventions aligned with the patient’s learning style and therapeutic needs, document measurable functional goals, and communicate progress with the interdisciplinary team. You will contribute to departmental performance through competencies, education, mentorship, and quality improvement activities.
