Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Medical-Surgical unit. This role is essential for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.Location: Springfield, TNUnit Information:Number of Beds: 27 on each floorPatient Ratios: 5:1Staffing Support: Unit secretaries during the day shift and techs available on all shiftsEquipment: Computer on Wheels, Pyxis, Welch Allen vital sign machinesDocumentation System: Meditech ExpanseFloating Policy: Flexibility to float between units as neededSchedule Requirements:3 days a week with every other weekend requiredQualifications:Must Have: Basic Medical-Surgical experience, particularly with post-operative orthopedic patientsAdvanced Skills Needed: Not applicableCommon Procedures: Blood transfusions, IV and central line maintenanceCertifications Required: BLS; ACLS preferred but not mandatoryDress Code: Required uniform is dark blue.Additional Information:Our unit offers an engaging work environment with the latest equipment and technology.
