The Operations Manager serves as second-in-command to the Branch Manager, providing leadership and oversight of daily branch operations. Key responsibilities include: Provide direction and support to Client Service Managers and office staff. Coordinate branch priorities and promote accountability and consistent execution. Support operational performance, employee engagement, and client service. Maintain continuity across branch operations. Act on behalf of the Branch Manager when needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff
• Oversee the daily workflow of the department
• Provide constructive performance evaluations
• Handle discipline and termination of employees

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Determine appropriate security officers for specific sites
• Oversee the evaluation process for security officers and supervisors
• Visit clients regularly to address any site issues
• Ensure wage costs align with budgeted objectives
• Devise training regimens and site orders
• Supports sales efforts by participating with business development in generating market awareness

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
• High level of integrity and fairness in decision-making
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of related experience

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, driving, and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
