Wir haben seit 2022 ein etabliertes Inhouse-Power-BI-Consulting aufgebaut — mit eigenem Dienstleistungsprodukt, Referenzen aus Mittelstand und Konzernumfeld und einem kuratierten Delivery-Pool aus über 150 Power-BI- und Data-Experten. Jetzt geht es darum, Angebot und Nachfrage strukturiert zusammenzuführen . Als Business Development Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest du den kompletten Sales Cycle — von der Lead-Identifikation über Erstgespräche und Bedarfsermittlung bis zu Angebotspräsentation, Verhandlung und Projektabschluss. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren BI-Consultants und dem Projektmanagement zusammen und gestaltest Angebote, Zielkundensegmente und Vertriebsprozesse aktiv mit. Deine Aufgaben. Neukundengewinnung im Mittelstand und Konzernumfeld — du überzeugst Entscheider von unseren Power-BI-Beratungslösungen, indem du ihre Herausforderungen verstehst und passende Konzepte entwickelst Markt- und Branchentrendanalyse rund um Data Analytics, Reporting und Digitalisierung — Zielgruppen identifizieren und gezielt ansprechen Kompletter Sales Cycle — von der Lead-Identifikation bis zum Projektabschluss : Bedarfsermittlung, Angebotspräsentation, Verhandlung, Closing Enge Zusammenarbeit mit BI-Consultants und Projektmanagement — Kundenanforderungen intern übersetzen, realistische Projektumfänge definieren, erfolgreiche Projektergebnisse sicherstellen Planung und Steuerung von Vertriebs- und Marketingmaßnahmen — Kampagnen, Webinare, Fachbeiträge, Networking-Events CRM-Pflege, Opportunity-Nachverfolgung, langfristiger Beziehungsaufbau zu neuen und bestehenden Kunden Dein Profil. Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb , idealerweise B2B-Kundenakquise oder Verkauf erklärungsbedürftiger Dienstleistungen bzw. Softwarelösungen Abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Kommunikation, Marketing) oder kaufmännische Ausbildung Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, überzeugendes Auftreten, Freude am aktiven Austausch mit Entscheidern aus Mittelstand und Konzernumfeld Nachweisbare Fähigkeit, langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und Leads systematisch zu qualifizieren und zu entwickeln Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Auffassungsgabe — Kundenbedürfnisse schnell erkennen und in passende Angebote übersetzen Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1) Erfahrung im BI-, Data-Analytics- oder IT-Beratungs-Umfeld Vertrautheit mit modernen CRM-Tools (Close, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) Erste eigene Berührung mit Power BI — als User oder Auftraggeber Eigenes Netzwerk im Mittelstand oder Konzernumfeld Erfahrung mit LinkedIn-Sales / Social Selling Was wir bieten. Deine Gespräche starten nicht bei null Sales-Training im fünfstelligen Bereich on top — du bekommst einen persönlichen Sales Trainer , der bereits für große B2B-Agenturen verkauft hat und dich gezielt im Closing, in der Akquise und in der Verhandlung schult Hoher Gestaltungsspielraum — aktive Mitgestaltung von Angeboten, Zielkundensegmenten, Pricing-Logiken, Vertriebsprozessen Langfristige Perspektive — Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsbereichs mit klarer Perspektive auf mehr Verantwortung Rahmen bedingungen.
