About the Role We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support promotional campaigns, brand representation, and customer engagement initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and contributing creative ideas in a collaborative environment. No previous marketing experience is required. Training and ongoing guidance will help you develop practical skills in promotion, customer interaction, and campaign execution. Responsibilities Assist with the coordination and execution of promotional marketing activities. Represent client brands during in-person campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. Present products and services to potential customers in a friendly, professional manner. Help communicate promotional offers and key brand information. Support campaign preparation, materials organization, and activity follow-through. Gather customer feedback and share observations with the team. Collaborate with colleagues to meet campaign goals and maintain brand standards. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Interest in marketing, promotions, or customer engagement. Ability to work collaboratively and manage assigned responsibilities. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
