Jimmy John's - 700 South Broadway Street - Responsibilities: Manage a staff of approximately three to 15 employees and provide on-the-job training for all employees; Delegate and be responsible for ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning and paper supplies; Forecast food items and estimate amounts needed and consumed per shift; Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty and ensure world-class customer service; Complete daily food preparation, opening and closing procedures, and maintain 100% integrity of cash drawers and shift paperwork
