Service Contract SpecialistTrimark is seeking a Service Contract Specialist to support the administration, renewal, amendment, and growth of customer service agreements. This position serves as a primary point of coordination between customers and internal teams to ensure service agreements, customer commitments, and proposal activities are managed accurately and efficiently.The Service Contract Specialist develops proposals for standard service offerings, coordinates contract renewals and amendments, maintains customer account information, and supports the successful delivery of services to customers. This role plays a critical part in retaining recurring revenue, supporting customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Essential ResponsibilitiesService Contract AdministrationProposal DevelopmentCustomer Account SupportOperational CoordinationReporting and DocumentationQualificationsAssociate degree or equivalent work experience.At least 1 year of experience in contract administration, customer account support, project coordination, proposal development, business administration, or related fields.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
